Support
Welcome to InterWeb Design's Support section. We provide free support to
our clients for issues related to the set-up and configuration of their
Internet connection (Dial-Up Networking) and email account (Outlook
Express).
Free support is available by telephone from 9am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday
GMT, and on Saturday's from 9.30am until noon. Email support is available 9am
to 7pm 7 days/week. You can also contact your Web Hosting Provider or
Internet Service Provider directly for support.
For all other issues regarding technical support we offer a Fee Based Support
service, fees are charged on a per incident or hourly basis.
